Pear brandy

My brother currently lives in London and picked up this gift for me on a quick trip to Salzberg.

It smells like a field of ripe pears in the hot summer sun and has me reminiscing about the magic of our childhood trips to the family orchards in Eastern Washington.

Visit  Salzberg, Austria, visit Sporer a small batch family run distillery. They have other fruit forward flavors if pear dosn't tickle your fancy.
